I am offering a new workshop designed to help you transition from the old to the new IBDP Visual Arts curriculum,
taking inspiration from Heidi Hayes Jacobs and Allison Zmuda’s ‘storyboard approach’ to curriculum design. In this session,
I will facilitate a practical process for deciding what to keep from your current plans,
what to cut or streamline, and what to reimagine or develop. The aim; to ensure that your curriculum remains coherent
engaging, and fully aligned with IB requirements.
Focusing on the content of the new guide, we’ll work together to organise your units into compelling,
student-centred learning journeys that clarify connections between IB requirements, creative processes, and assessments.
My goal is to provide you with collaborative tools and actionable strategies
that will help you transform curricular clutter into a focused and meaningful experience for your students,
all while supporting your existing planning.
